    We purchased several of these ADORABLE teddy bears but have lost one VERY SPECIAL to us.

    My son lost his Ikea BLUND Teddy Bear named “BOGO” and we are desparate to get another one for him. BOGO’s twin brother, PEZ really misses him. My son cried every night.

    Unfortunately, Ikea no longer sells the BLUND Teddy Bears. I’m at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions?
    THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    We had the same problem. Our little boy was given an IKEA blund bear when he was born in October 2002. Whilst on holiday in Rhodes, his bear was left behind in a taverna. We didn’t realise until bedtime but returned first thing the next day but no one had handed him in. He creid for days and an substitute bears just weren’t the same. I found a replacement bear on ebay. It cost me dearly – it came all the way from Germany but was worth every penny. I would keep your eyes out for one and you should get hold one in a few weeks. Good luck with your search x

    Wow, I was so pleased to find this support group for people who have lost Blund!
    My little boy lost his Blund when he left it in the pocket of a plane. He had been with ‘Milkshake’ since he was a baby and for me he was like my third son. I’m gutted at the loss and often think of where he is now and I like to think that he found a new home. But sadly it is more probable that he is now landfill.
    My boy still cries when he remember him. The loss occured as we were migrating from Australia to India via UK and it has been a very unsettling time for our Son Faris who is 5. I’ve been Googling for Blund and this is how I found your support group. I will continue in my quest to find a new Milkshake and will report back if successful. In the meantime his cousin Chocolate is here for comfort. IKEA! bring back BLUND!!!!

    @victoria
    I know exactly how you feel! My son has had ‘Teddy’ since 2002 and he is definitely a member of the family! When we go out we never leave him in the car – he rides in my purse! Once my son brought him to after-school care and left him there on a Friday. It was the worst weekend ever! We got up at the break of day on Monday and rushed there to be there when the doors opened – fortunately Teddy was there!
    I have actually had nightmares where Teddy is lost and I wake up in a panic! (crazy right?) Anyway, as I write this there are 13 Ikea Blund Teddy Bears available on Ebay. Maybe if you can get one you can tell your son that he was lost for a while but now he is coming back through the mail. Good Luck!! :-)
